Managing Services for Marketplace Integration Templates

Overview

Here you'll learn how to handle external services added through integration templates. When you add an integration template to your environment, the service associated with that template is automatically added to your environment.

If the service needs authentication, you'll go to Services Administration and add your credentials.

Configuring the Service in Services Administration

If the service requires authorization, add your personal authorization information to the service. To do that:

1. Click the Settings drop-down at the top right of the Unqork Designer Platform.
2. Click Administration.
3. Under Integration, select Services Administration.

Next, find and update the service with your authentication information:

1. Scroll to the bottom of your Active Services list.
2. Click your service.

What if your environment has more than one instance of that service? Here's a tip: Look for the service with the same template ID and time stamp as the template's modules.

3. Scroll to the top of the page.
4. Click the Type of authentication drop-down and select the applicable one.
5. Enter your authentication information in the corresponding fields.
6. Click Save Changes.

Removing the Service from Your Environment

To remove the service from your environment:

1. Click the Settings drop-down at the top right of the Unqork Designer Platform.
2. Click Administration.
3. Under Integration, select Services Administration.
4. Scroll down and select the service to delete from the Active Services list.
5. Click the Delete link above the Active Services list.
6. At the Delete message, click OK.
7. At the Success message, click OK.
