Unqork administration covers the platform management tools available to Creators with administrative permissions, including user accounts, access roles, environment configuration, and integrations. When Unqork provisions a new environment, one Creator account is designated as the environment administrator. That account has the permissions needed to manage other Creators, assign roles, and configure the environment. Administrative permissions are not granted to other Creators by default.
To open Administration, click the Administration icon (the landmark icon) in the IDE header. The sidebar displays administration pages organized by area: Creator Permissions, Express Permissions, Environment, Assets, and Integration.
Users and Roles
Unqork has two distinct user types, each with its own role system.
Creators
Creators build applications in the Unqork IDE. Each Creator account is assigned a Creator role that controls which resource types they can access across the environment. Creators also have a workspace role in each workspace where they are a member, controlling their level of access to that workspace's applications and modules.
See Creator (User) Administration and Creator Role Administration.
End-Users
End-users are the people who use Creator-built applications. Each end-user is assigned an Express role that controls what they can access in the application.
See Express Role Administration.
