To access Email Template Administration, navigate to Administration > Environment > Email Template Administration.
Email Template Administration manages the system emails sent by the UnqorkAI platform. Each template is preconfigured for a specific purpose and can be customized by editing its subject and body.
Managing email templates requires administrative permissions. Administrators needing access should contact their environment administrator.

Template List
The template list displays all system email templates in the environment.
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Type | The purpose of the email template. |
Subject | The current email subject line. |
Status | Whether the template is currently Enabled or Disabled. |
Actions | Actions available for the template. |
Template Types
Type | Description |
|---|---|
Account Locked | Sent when an end-user account is locked after too many failed login attempts. |
Added to Workspace | Sent when a Creator is added to a workspace. |
Draft Validation | Sent when a draft validation event occurs. |
Forgot Password | Sent when an end-user requests a password reset. |
Invitation | Sent when a new end-user is invited to the platform. |
Token Invitation | Sent when a new end-user is invited using a token-based login link. |
User Profile Changed | Sent when an end-user's profile information is updated. |
Editing a Template
Click Edit on any template to open the edit form.
Setting | Required | Description |

Subject | Yes | The email subject line. |
Template | Yes | The email body content. |
Reset Password Module | No | The module end-users are directed to for password reset. Available on the Forgot Password template only. Defaults to the platform's built-in reset flow if left blank. |
Disabled | — | When checked, this setting disables the template so the email is not sent. Available on Added to Workspace and User Profile Changed templates only. |
