To access Creator (User) Administration, navigate to Administration > Creator Permissions > Creator (User) Administration.
The Creator (User) Administration page is where administrators manage the accounts of Creators who build in the UnqorkAI platform. Use it to add new Creators, update account details, manage account access, and export Creator data.
Managing Creators requires administrative permissions. Administrators needing access should contact their environment administrator.

Creator List
The Creator list displays all Creator accounts in the environment. Use the search bar to filter by name or email address. Locked accounts display with a highlighted row and a Locked badge next to the Creator's name.
Each row displays the following:

Environment Permission | The Creator role or roles assigned to this Creator. |
Last Logged In | The date and time of the Creator's most recent login. |
Password Status | The current state of the Creator's password. Displays Confirmed when the Creator has set their own password, or Temporary when a login link has been sent but not yet used. |
Actions | Per-account actions. See Account Actions below. |

Export All | Downloads a CSV file of all Creator accounts in the environment. |
Account Actions
Click the actions menu on any row to access the following:

Edit | Opens the Creator account form to update name, phone, or permission assignment. |
Delete | Permanently removes the Creator account. This action cannot be undone. |
Resend Password | Sends a new login link to the Creator's email address. Only available when the password status is Temporary. |
Unlock | Unlocks a Creator account locked after too many failed login attempts. Only available on locked accounts. |
Adding a Creator
Click Add Creator to open a form with the following sections: Creator Information and Permissions.
Creator Information
Field | Required | Description |

Yes | The Creator's email address. Used for login and notifications. Each email address can only be used once in the environment, across both Creator and Express user accounts. | |

UserId | No | A unique identifier for the Creator. Assigned automatically if left blank. |
When a new Creator account is saved, Unqork sends a password setup link to the Creator's email address. The link expires after 24 hours.
Permissions
When adding a Creator, choose one of two permission types:
Basic Permissions
For Creators who need access to specific workspaces only, like application developers or solutions architects.
Must be added to each workspace individually.
No access to Administration pages.
No automatic access to any workspace.
Environment
For Creators who need access to all workspaces, like system administrators or auditors.
Has access to all workspaces automatically.
Has access to Administration pages.
Cannot be removed from individual workspaces.
Selecting Environment adds the Creator to all workspaces automatically.
When Environment is selected, choose a Creator role from the list. Each role can be expanded to preview its permission matrix before selecting. After selecting a role, a Calculated Roles and Permissions Preview displays the combined permissions the Creator will have.

Editing a Creator
The edit form displays the same fields as the add form, with two differences:
Email and UserId are read-only and cannot be changed after the account is created.
A Revoke Access option is available to disable the Creator's account without deleting it. Access can be restored from the same form.
