Excel Fill Template Administration

To access Excel Fill Template Administration, navigate to Administration > Integration > Excel Fill Template Administration.

Excel Fill Template Administration lets administrators upload and manage Excel templates for the environment. Excel fill templates are spreadsheets that Unqork populates with module submission data at runtime to generate completed documents. Once uploaded, a template can be referenced by any Plug-In component configured to generate filled Excel documents.

Excel fill templates uploaded here are accessible by unauthenticated users. Do not upload documents containing sensitive information as template files.

Template List

The template list displays all Excel fill templates uploaded to the environment.

Column	Description
Title	The name of the template file.
File Size	The size of the file.
Last Modified	The date and time the file was last updated.
Actions	Per-template actions. See Template Actions.

Page Actions

Action	Description
Upload	Opens a file picker to upload a new Excel fill template. Only `.xlsx` and `.xlsm` files are supported. If a file with the same name already exists, a confirmation dialog displays asking whether to replace it.

Template Actions

These actions are available from the actions menu on each template row.

Action	Description
Download	Downloads the template file.
Delete	Permanently removes the template. This action cannot be undone.

Adding a Template

Click Upload and select an .xlsx or .xlsm file from your system. The file is uploaded and becomes available immediately for use in modules.

Excel fill templates must be created externally. Each cell or named range in the template corresponds to a data field that Unqork populates at runtime. The field names in the template must match the mappings configured in the Plug-In component.
