The Custom Assets Administration page is where administrators manage custom asset packages uploaded to the environment. Custom assets extend the platform with additional components, events, and operations available to Creators.
Important: Managing custom assets requires administrative permissions. Administrators needing access should contact their environment administrator.
Packages and Assets
The page displays the following tabs: Packages and Assets.
Page Actions

| Create New | Opens a modal to upload a new custom asset package. |
| Active/Deleted | Filters the list to display either active or deleted records across both tabs. |
Packages
The Packages tab lists all custom asset packages in the environment.

| Name | The package name. |
| Version | The package version. |
| Description | A description of the package, if provided. |
| Actions | Package-level actions. |
Package Actions
| Action | Description |

| View | Opens a detail panel showing the package contents, including its components, events, and operations. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the package and all its assets. This action cannot be undone and immediately removes the package's functionality from any applications using it. |
Important: Deleting a package removes it from all applications where it is in use. This action is irreversible.
When Deleted is selected, only the View action is available.
Assets
The Assets tab lists all individual assets across all packages in the environment.

| Name | The asset name. |
| Parent Package | The package this asset belongs to. |
| Type | The asset type: Component, Event, or Operation. |
| Description | A description of the asset, if provided. |
| Actions | Select View to see the asset's full details. |
Adding a Custom Asset
Click Create New to open the Add Custom Asset modal. The process includes the following steps.
Step 1: Upload Asset
Upload the asset package file using the drag-and-drop area or select Browse to choose a file. Click Scan File to validate the file, then click Review Assets to proceed.
Step 2: Review Asset
Review the package contents before creating it. The review displays the components, events, and operations included in the package. Click Confirm & Create to proceed.
Step 3: Confirm & Create
Check the Library Usage Acknowledgment and Liability Agreement checkbox to confirm acceptance of the terms. Click Create Asset to complete the upload.
Once created, the package displays in the Packages tab and its individual assets display in the Assets tab.
