Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Skilled in managing technical project teams and overseeing end-to-end software implementation logistics across the defined SDLC.

  • Risk & Impediment Management: Manages the day-to-day logistics of the team, actively removing technical and process blockers, and reporting delivery risk and status to leadership.

  • Scope & Change Control: Maintains the project scope, manages change requests, and monitors key project metrics (budget, timeline, and scope) using the finalized scoping checklists.

  • Governance & SDLC: Ensures the team adheres to the Unqork promotion model, governance gates, and mandated documentation standards.

  • Communication & Reporting: Serves as the primary communication link between the core delivery team, external stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular, concise status reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex software projects or 3+ years managing projects built on no-code/low-code platforms.

  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success managing software delivery projects, including system integration. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is highly beneficial.

  • Process Mastery: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and the ability to manage scope creep and external dependencies.

  • Technical Familiarity: Strong comfort level working alongside technical teams (Architects and Creators) and translating technical status into business context.
