Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead detailed requirements analysis, working closely with various stakeholders to understand and document business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into a functional design using Unqork's visual drag-and-drop interface. Work with the technical team to ensure the solution's design aligns with business needs and Unqork best practices.
Documentation & Scoping: Document and communicate the results of your analysis, findings, and solution plans to cross-functional teams and management. Create detailed reports and presentations, and use the Unqork scoping checklists for project documentation.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Participate in UAT and validate the configuration against functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs) to ensure implemented solutions meet all business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a software development environment, with experience using no-code or low-code platforms preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively to determine acceptable solutions.
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, particularly Agile. Familiarity with business process mapping, like BPMN, and UX/UI principles is beneficial.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
