Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Responsible for defining the overall product vision, setting strategic goals, and maximizing the value of the application built on the Unqork platform.
Backlog & Prioritization: Owns the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features based on business value, technical feasibility, and alignment with the product roadmap.
Requirement Sign-off: Collaborates with the Business Analyst and stakeholders to finalize and formally sign off on functional and business requirements before development begins.
ROI & Adoption: Monitors application KPIs (key performance indicators), measures returns on investment (ROI), and drives end-user adoption and acceptance post-launch.
Stakeholder Alignment: Serves as the primary voice of the customer and business, negotiating priorities and ensuring the delivery team's work aligns with organizational strategy.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in a software development environment, preferably focusing on enterprise applications.
Business Acumen: Expert business knowledge in the application domain, like Insurance, Banking, and Finance. Proven ability to define and drive comprehensive product roadmaps.
Agile/Scrum Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment, managing sprints, conducting sprint reviews, and coordinating UAT.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills for articulating product vision, negotiating priorities across business, legal, and technical stakeholders.
