Responsibilities
Implementation Oversight & Quality: Oversees the day-to-day implementation of Unqork delivery, ensuring all configurations align with the Solution Architect's vision and Unqork best practices.
Technical Mentorship & Enablement: Mentors and leads Application Engineers and junior developers, performing peer configuration reviews and providing guidance on complex modules and debugging.
Requirements Finalization & Planning: Assists in gathering requirements and finalizing the technical configuration game plan before building begins, partnering with the Product Owner.
Best Practice & Reusability: Identifies applicable opportunities and creates reusable components and solutions that positively impact delivery speed and scale across the organization.
Coordination: Partners with the business teams to integrate capabilities into the product roadmap and remove technical impediments for the development team.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in application delivery or 3+ years leading technical teams utilizing low-code/no-code tools.
Unqork Platform Expertise: Must be an expert-level configurator in the Unqork platform, capable of troubleshooting complex module logic.
Technical Mentorship: Proven ability to effectively mentor, train, and transfer knowledge to junior team members, enforcing quality standards.
Product Launch Experience: Experience with building and launching fully responsive products and digital software applications.
Client-Facing Skills: Experience working directly with corporate clients and business teams to understand needs, refine requirements, and drive implementation.
