Responsibilities
Design Requirements: Provides the design requirements, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring the final product meets usability standards and accessibility requirements, like WCAG.
Component Translation: Works closely with Architects and Creators to ensure that designs are efficiently translated using Unqork's component library and adhere to component best practices for optimal performance.
Aesthetics & Branding: Ensures the application follows the organization's official branding guidelines.
Usability Testing: Organizes and conducts usability testing sessions and interprets feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
Interface Implementation: From the Engineer's side, helps implement complex front-end configuration and ensures cross-browser and device responsiveness.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front-end engineering.
Design Expertise: A strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and problem-solving.
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Aptitude for No-Code: Understanding of visual development constraints and the ability to design solutions that optimize speed and component reuse instead of relying on custom code.
Communication: Excellent visual and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
