Responsibilities
Environment Management: Responsible for the operational management of the development, QA, staging, and production environments, ensuring platform stability and availability.
User & Access Control: Manages the environment's Administration settings, including user access provisioning, asset management, and environment configuration controls.
RBAC & Workspace Governance: Responsible for designing and maintaining the role-based access control (RBAC) strategy and Workspace creation and provisioning to enforce organizational security separation.
Promotion Model Oversight: Oversees the proper execution of the application promotion model (Dev -> QA -> Staging -> Prod), ensuring compliance with SDLC gates and change management procedures.
Troubleshooting: Provides L1/L2 platform support, escalating platform issues to the Unqork support team as necessary.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in application or systems administration, preferably for a cloud-based or enterprise platform.
Platform Administration Experience: Strong understanding of RBAC principles, user provisioning, and enterprise security policies.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with network concepts, configuration management, and API key management.
Process Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to enforce strict change management and compliance procedures.
