Applications: Fixed an issue where, in certain instances, an application did not display when viewing it.

Module Builder: Fixed an issue where, in certain instances, the input and output icons on a component in the Module Builder did not display.

Decisions, Initializer component: Fixed an issue when a Decisions or Initializer component with an Output Type of dynamicRefresh are placed inside a Columns or Field Group component, they do not render correctly on the Module Builder canvas.

Express View: Fixed an issue when viewing a Vega module in Express View, it tries to render in Centauri before successfully rendering in Vega.

Plug-In component: Fixed an issue where files can get corrupted when uploading them using a Plug-In component configured as a Multipart Request that uses a Data URI with Base64 encoding.

Timer Start node: Fixed an issue where a job stops and does not restart when it's delayed for a specific amount of time after running a previous job.
