Workspaces Overview

The Workspaces page is the central hub for browsing, searching, and managing all workspaces in an Unqork environment. Creators use this page to find existing workspaces, create new ones, and access recent activity.

Accessing the Workspaces Page

The Workspaces page is the home screen Creators see when they log in to the platform. To return to it from anywhere in the platform, use the workspace switcher in the navigation bar and select View all workspaces.

Page Layout

Active Workspaces lists workspaces that have at least one open tab, sorted by most recently accessed, up to three. Each row displays the workspace name and a tab count. Selecting a workspace switches to it.

My Recents lists recently accessed workspaces, applications, and modules. Each item displays an icon, the item name, and the date it was last modified. Selecting an item opens it directly.

While recents are loading, the panel displays a skeleton placeholder. If no items have been accessed yet, the panel displays a "No recent items" message.

Workspaces Table

The workspaces table lists all workspaces in the environment and provides tools for searching, filtering, sorting, and taking action on individual workspace records. Select Create Workspace in the table header to create a new workspace.

Search and Filters

Search for workspaces by entering the name, description, date created, Creator, or tag in the search field. The following filter controls are also available:

Control	Description
Columns	Show or hide individual table columns. Available columns include: Name, ID, Description, Created, Created By, Last Modified, Modified By, and Tags.
Tags	Filter the workspace list by tag. Select one or more tags to show only workspaces with those tags.
Favorited	Toggle to show only favorited workspaces. Favorited items display their parent workspaces even if the parent is not favorited.

Table Controls

Control	Description
Sort	Click any sortable column header to sort the table by that column.
Row Expansion	Expand a workspace row to see its applications inline.
Star	Toggle to favorite or unfavorite a workspace. Favorited workspaces appear in the workspace switcher for quick access.

Selecting a workspace row opens the workspace. Workspace management actions, including permissions, settings, and deletion, are available from the Explorer panel after opening the workspace. See Workspace Page.
