Version History

The Version History view displays a record of saved versions of a workflow. Use it to review prior states, preview an earlier version, or restore a version to replace the current workflow definition. To open it, in the Workflow Builder toolbar, click Definition and select History.

Version List

The version list displays all saved versions of the workflow, grouped by month. Each entry shows the version's name, save date, and the email of the Creator who saved it. Select Load More to view older versions beyond the initial set.

Selecting a version loads a read-only preview in the panel to the right, showing the node layout and configuration as it existed when that version was saved.

Restoring a Version

Each version entry includes a (Restore) button. Selecting it opens a confirmation dialog where you can enter a Version Title and an optional Description for the restored version. The title defaults to "Restored from: [version name]." Confirming creates a new version based on the selected archive. The current workflow is replaced, but the original archive remains in the list.

If the workflow has unsaved changes, the dialog warns that they will be discarded before confirming.

To exit Version History, click Definition in the toolbar and select a different view.
