Workflow Title

The display name for the workflow as it displays in the UnqorkAI platform and the Explorer panel.

Workflow Path

The URL-safe identifier used in routing and API calls.

Workflow Description

A description of the workflow's purpose.

Auto State Control

End-users follow a sequential, step-by-step . Every step is executed in order. The current step reflects the end-user's progress through the workflow.

Make Sequential Navigation Clickable

When checked, this setting makes prior steps clickable so end-users can return to a completed step without losing their current position. Formerly known as Direct Navigation.

Manual State Control

End-users can navigate to any step at any time. Steps are not required to be completed in order, and the current step does not reflect progress.

Steps

Displays progress as a numbered list of steps.

Percentage

Displays progress as a percentage of steps completed.

All Tasks

Counts all tasks in the workflow.

All Tasks in Lane

Counts tasks in the end-user's current swimlane.

All Tasks Until Lane Change

Counts tasks up to the next swimlane transition.

Enable Manual Layout

When set to ON, this setting lets Creators reposition nodes freely on the workflow canvas. When set to OFF, the canvas uses automatic layout. Toggling this setting resets the current node positions.

Error Title

The title displayed on the error dialog when a workflow error occurs.

Error Message

The body text displayed on the error dialog.

Cancel Button Text

The label for the cancel button in confirmation dialogs.

Confirmation Button Text

The label for the confirm button in confirmation dialogs.

Default Lane Change Message

The message displayed when an end-user transitions between swimlanes.

Default Exit Message

The message displayed when an end-user exits the workflow.

Title

The title displayed in the workflow header.

Enable Save and Exit Button

The button label displayed to end-users.

Save and Exit Message

The message displayed in the confirmation dialog before saving and exiting.

Save and Exit Handoff Type

Where the end-user is sent after saving and exiting. Options: URL, Module, or Workflow.

Save and Exit Handoff URL

The URL to redirect the end-user to after saving and exiting. Displays when Handoff Type is set to URL.

Save and Exit Handoff Module

The module to load after saving and exiting. Displays when Handoff Type is set to Module.

Save and Exit Handoff Workflow

The workflow to load after saving and exiting. Displays when Handoff Type is set to Workflow.

Save and Exit Handoff Workflow Node

The specific start node in the handoff workflow to begin from. Displays when a handoff workflow is selected.

Enable Vertical Navigation Display

When set to ON, this setting renders the workflow's step navigation vertically instead of horizontally.

Pass Non-Persisted Express Data to Automated Tasks, Gateways and Conditional Events

When set to ON, this setting makes non-persisted client-side data available to automated nodes during workflow execution. When set to OFF, persisted data is passed.

Only Keep Persisted Data Upon Navigation

When set to ON, this setting stores persisted data in the client-side submission when end-users navigate between steps. When set to OFF, both persisted and non-persisted data remain available. To persist data, set a component's Store Data in Database toggle to ON.

Enable Translations

When set to ON, this setting activates translation support for the workflow.

Validate When Navigating To Previous Step

When set to ON, this setting runs field validation when an end-user navigates to a previous step.
