# Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

## **Responsibilities**

- **Test Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs) specific to the Unqork application.
- **Configuration Integrity Testing**: Responsible for verifying the quality, integrity, and performance of the application’s **codeless configuration**, including module-to-module behavior and complex workflow transitions.
- **Integration Validation**: Rigorously validate data integrity at all **integration points (API calls)** to ensure accurate exchange with external systems, like CRMs and core banking platforms.
- **Automation & Maintenance**: Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts for the entire lifecycle of the application to support continuous integration and regression testing.
- **Defect Reporting**: Clearly document, track, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting before promotion to higher environments.

## **Qualifications**

- **Experience**: **3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst** in a software delivery environment, with **experience testing applications built on visual development platforms preferred.**
- **Technical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of **API testing concepts**, like Postman, data structures (JSON), and testing using an Agile SDLC.
- **Analytical Focus**: Ability to translate complex business logic and rules into executable test cases.
- **Testing Tools**: Familiarity with popular test automation frameworks.
- **Communication**: Attention to detail for precise defect reporting and collaboration with development and business teams.
