By default, the Show UI Headers setting is set to ![A toggle switch in the 'on' position, indicating an active setting or feature.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/15548f06-2fba-434c-b0c1-5df88317dbd7/Images/Documentation/Group 2(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A57%3A46Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A57%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=XyLXtqjme9QChgkMg56AJKD%2Fhbi6ZLDX2f7KigF%2BprM%3D) **(OFF)**, displaying all the components on the canvas so you can better understand the dependencies and relationships among them. When set to ![A toggle switch indicating an on/off state for a user interface element.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/15548f06-2fba-434c-b0c1-5df88317dbd7/Images/Documentation/Group 1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T17%3A57%3A46Z&se=2026-11-07T18%3A57%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=XyLXtqjme9QChgkMg56AJKD%2Fhbi6ZLDX2f7KigF%2BprM%3D) **(ON)**, only the Label Text values of your UI components are visible. The Label Text values for the data, logic, and integration components are not visible on the canvas. Components whose Label Text values are not visible include: - Logic components that perform computing or programming functions in your module. For example, a [Calculator](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/calculator-component) and [Decisions](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/how-to-reference-field-tags-in-decisions) component. - Data components that gather, store, and manipulate data. For example, a [Data Table](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/data-table-component) and [Data Workflow](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/data-workflow-component) component. - Integration components that create API connections. For example, a [Plug-In](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/plug-in-component) component. ## Enabling Show UI Headers When you enable the Show UI Headers setting in the Module Header, the following components’ Label Text values are not visible: | [Browser Storage component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/browser-storage-component) | [Data Mapper component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/data-mapper-component) | [Decisions component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/how-to-guide-decisions-component) | [Initializer component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/initializer-component) | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Calculator component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/calculator-component) | [Data Table component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/data-table-component) | [File Storage component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/file-storage-component) | [Plug-In component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/plug-in-component) | | [Checkpoint component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/checkpoint-component) | [Data Workflow component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/data-workflow-component) | [Hidden component](https://docs.unqork.io/docs/hidden-component) | | To enable the Show UI Headers setting: 1. The UI (user interface) is a device's end-user interaction and communication point. It can include display screens, keyboards, and mouse. It is also how a user interacts with your application. APIs (application programming interfaces) are a set of protocols and definitions developers use to build and integrate application software. APIs act as the connective tissue between products and services.
