# Branch History Drawer

The **Branch History** **drawer** displays a list of changes made to branches after a merge. Creators can use this drawer to view a previous branch’s history, or revert to a previous version of a merged branch

## Accessing the Branch History Drawer

## Understanding the Branch History Drawer

The Branch & Version Management drawer displays the current branch and version, and all existing branches and versions of an application. It also enables Creators to manage branches or versions. The following settings and features are available in this drawer:

| # | Setting | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | Historical Branch Information | Displays a history of merged or reverted branches. |
| ↳ | Description | Describes which branch was merged into the other, or which branch has been reverted. |
| Modification Date | The date of the merge or reversion. |
| Initiated By | The Creator account that initiated the merge or revert. |
| Commit ID | The unique identifier associated with the merge. |
| 2 | Open | Opens a read-only historical view of the previous branch or reverted branch. |
| 3 | Revert To | Reverts to the previous version. This process creates a new branch using the selected version. |

A UI (User Interface) Drawer is a layout panel that slides out from the side of the screen to display content. In UDesigner, components display their configuration panels in a drawer.

A branch is a copy of modules in an Unqork application that helps Creators work in parallel. Branching an application can seperate in-progress changes from release-ready modules.

Also known as Unqork Users, or Designer Users; is anyone who is inside the Unqork platform.
