Panel component: Fixed an issue when a UDesigner module includes a Panel component that imports another module. If changes are made to the Panel component settings and saved, the module's Save button becomes disabled. The module must be refreshed to fix the issue, causing lost changes. This patch fixes this issue in UDesigner.
