Use this dashboard to view API call performance, locate specific calls using precise filters, and inspect request and response details. > The Service Logs Dashboard captures requests that **egress** out of the environment. The [Logs Dashboard](/unqorkai/docs/logs-dashboard) captures requests that **ingress** into the environment. > When an API call fails, the Service Logs Dashboard helps Creators locate the call and the module where it originated. The dashboard does not diagnose or resolve the underlying issue. ## Access Requirements Access to the Service Logs Dashboard depends on role configuration. **Environment Roles (without WSRBAC)**: Creator roles can view all service logs in this tool. **WSRBAC**: Creators can view service logs for modules, workflows, and services inside workspaces where they have access. If log records are missing, the Creator might not have access to the workspace containing that module. ## Logs Table ![The Service Logs Dashboard showing the Logs table with Type, Code-Text, DateTime, Duration, User, Service/Module, and View columns.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/15548f06-2fba-434c-b0c1-5df88317dbd7/Images/Documentation/api_upload_20261026_193545_1817707867f647daa71b042a595acef0.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-08T10%3A33%3A47Z&se=2026-11-08T11%3A33%3A47Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=iD7WPb8cpRrKTmd5hK6es8Z4Bd8Dnbkx13uxB1HEaSM%3D) The Logs table displays 10 entries by default. APIs act as the connective tissue between products and services. A definition Also known as Unqork Users, or Designer Users; is anyone who is inside the Unqork platform. WSRBAC (Workspaces Role-Based Access Control) is a method to control user access to a workspace. Users must be assigned to a workspace using WSRBAC before they can view or edit applications and modules inside the space. Also known as Unqork Users, or Designer Users; is anyone who is inside the Unqork platform. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is a standard, globally-accepted timezone used to regulate clocks and time around the world. A key-value pair is a fundamental data structure where a unique "key" is associated with a specific "value," used for organizing and retrieving data efficiently, like in dictionaries or databases. The DevTools Console helps you securely store, build, test, and deploy your software. A URL (uniform resource locator) is a unique identifier used to locate a resource on the internet. Also known as a web address. HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) is an application-layer protocol used to transmit hypermedia documents like HTML. The HTTP POST method is used to send data to a server to create or update a resource, typically including the data in the body of the request. In Unqork an application is a program used to perform specific tasks. An application can be one of two types: workflow or module. JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is an open standard file and data interchange format. Unqork uses JSON for submission (record) data. Debugging is the process of finding and resolving errors or bugs in an application. To debug an application in Unqork, use UNQENG tools in Express View. PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format that allows users to share and print documents without modifying them. The UI (user interface) is a device's end-user interaction and communication point. It can include display screens, keyboards, and mouse. It is also how a user interacts with your application.
