Duplicate to draft to make changes." The JSON definition is locked and cannot be modified after publishing. To update a published Schema's definition, use **Duplicate** in the actions menu to create an editable Draft, then publish the Draft when it is ready. Each row displays the Data Model name, its last modified date, and an **Open** button that navigates to the Data Model's definition page. > **Important**: A Schema referenced by one or more Data Models cannot be archived or deleted until all associations are removed. ## Schema Actions Select the ⋮ (**ellipsis**) icon at the top right of the definition page to open the actions menu. The same menu is available from the ⋮ (**ellipsis**) icon to the right of the Schema file in the Explorer panel. A confirmation dialog displays before deletion. | > **Important**: Archive and Delete Schema are blocked when any Data Model references the Schema. Unqork uses JSON for submission (record) data. Also known as Unqork Users, or Designer Users; is anyone who is inside the Unqork platform. A place on your operating system that stores recently copied content. The clipboard only stores one item at a time.
