# Record Details

The record details page displays the stored data for a single record in a collection. Open a record by selecting its record ID in the Explorer panel under a collection folder.

## Record Info

The **Record Info** card displays basic information about the record:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Record ID** | The unique identifier for this record. |
| **Owner** | The Creator or service user who owns the record. |
| **Status** | The current state of the record: **Active** or **Archived**. |
| **Created** | The date and time the record was created. |
| **Modified** | The date and time the record was last updated. |

## Data

The **Data** card displays the full record data as read-only JSON. Select **Copy** in the top-right corner of the card to copy the entire record to the clipboard.

The record data includes the following standard fields:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `_id` | The unique record identifier. |
| `form` | The ID of the module the record is associated with. |
| `owner` | The owner of the record. |
| `deleted` | Whether the record has been soft-deleted. |
| `metadata` | Additional record metadata. |
| `data` | The field values stored in the record. For module-bound records, this contains the values submitted through the form. |
| `validationErrors` | Any validation errors present on the record. |
| `formArchive` | The module archive ID at the time the record was created. |
| `isRevision` | Whether this record is a revision of another record. |
| `moduleArchiveIdAtCreated` | The module archive ID at the time the record was created. |
| `platformVersionAtCreated` | The platform version active when the record was created. |
| `created` | The creation timestamp (ISO 8601). |
| `modified` | The last-modified timestamp (ISO 8601). |
| `__v` | The internal version counter. |

## Validation Errors

If the record has validation errors, they display below the Data card as a list of error messages. This section is hidden when there are no errors.

## Metadata

If the record has metadata, it displays as a read-only JSON card below the Data card. This section is hidden when metadata is empty.

JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is an open standard file and data interchange format. Unqork uses JSON for submission (record) data.

A place on your operating system that stores recently copied content. The clipboard only stores one item at a time.

A standard format for representing dates and times. ISO 8601 format is represented in the following order: year, month, day, hour, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds.
