# PDF Template Administration

To access PDF Template Administration, navigate to **Administration** > **Integration** > **PDF Template Administration**.

PDF Template Administration lets administrators upload and manage PDF templates for the environment. PDF templates are files with fillable form fields that Unqork populates with module data at runtime to generate completed documents. Once uploaded, a template can be referenced by any Plug-In component configured to generate PDFs.

## Template List

The template list displays all PDF templates uploaded to the environment.

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Title** | The name of the template file. |
| **File Size** | The size of the file. |
| **Last Modified** | The date and time the file was last updated. |
| **Actions** | Per-template actions. See [Template Actions](/unqorkai/docs/pdf-template-administration#template-actions). |

### Page Actions

| Action | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Upload** | Opens a file picker to upload a new PDF template. Only `.pdf` files are supported. If a file with the same name already exists, a confirmation dialog displays asking whether to replace it. |

### Template Actions

These actions are available from the actions menu on each template row.

| Action | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Download** | Downloads the template file. |
| **Delete** | Permanently removes the template. This action cannot be undone. |

## Adding a Template

Click **Upload** and select a `.pdf` file from your system. The file is uploaded and becomes available immediately for use in modules.

PDF templates must be created externally using a PDF editor that supports fillable form fields. Each form field in the template corresponds to a data field that Unqork populates at runtime. The field names in the PDF must match the Property IDs mapped in the Plug-In component.

PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format that allows users to share and print documents without modifying them.

A Property ID is the unique field ID used by Unqork to track and link components in your module.
