Metrics Dashboard

The Metrics Dashboard displays application and environment performance metrics. View everything from CPU usage to completed operations. Set a date and time range to populate performance charts, hover over any chart for precise measurements, and export or print charts to share with the team.

Filters

When the tool opens, the date and time range defaults to the last four hours. Adjust the range as needed, then click Apply Filters to populate the charts.

Filter	Description
Client	The Unqork client credentials. Populates automatically. Read-only.
Environment	The current Unqork environment. Populates automatically. Read-only.
Start Date	The start date for filtering metrics. Defaults to the current date.
Start Time	The start time for filtering metrics. Defaults to four hours before the tool was opened. Uses the current timezone.
End Date	The end date for filtering metrics. Defaults to the current date.
End Time	The end time for filtering metrics. Defaults to the exact time the tool was opened. Uses the current timezone.

To update the date and time range:

From the date picker, select a Start Date and enter a Start Time in 24-hour format.
From the date picker, select an End Date and enter an End Time in 24-hour format.
Click Apply Filters.

Charts

Charts populate based on the selected date and time range. The horizontal axis shows the selected date and time; the vertical axis depends on the chart type.

Application Server Charts

Chart	Description
CPU	The percentage of time the CPU spent running the environment's applications.
Memory	The amount of physical RAM used versus the total amount available.
Load	The average system load over the last 1 minute, 5 minutes, and 15 minutes.
Network Traffic	The amount of network throughput coming into and going out of the applications, in kb/s.

Database Server Charts

Database charts display metrics for UAT and production environments. Staging environment metrics are not available.

Chart	Description
CPU	The percentage of time the CPU spent running in the environment.
Memory	The amount of RAM in use.
Disk Space	The percentage of disk space used.
Connections	The total number of queries executed by Unqork's database.
Operations	The total number of operations performed: Query, Insert, Update, and Delete.

Exporting and Printing Charts

Each chart includes a (Menu) button at the top right. Click it to access the following options:

Option	Description
Print chart	Opens the browser print dialog. Set destination, layout, and scale, then click Save/Print.
Download CSV	Downloads the chart as a .csv file named after the chart (for example, `connections.csv`).
Download XLS	Downloads the chart as an .xls file named after the chart (for example, `connections.xls`).
Download PDF document	Downloads the chart as a .pdf file named after the chart (for example, `connections.pdf`).
