Use it to surface 400/500 error responses and slow requests, then navigate to the module causing the issue to fix it. The tool covers two types of API requests: - Requests with 400 and 500-level response codes (400: client errors; 500: server errors). - Requests that take longer than two seconds to complete. Both logs capture ingress requests only (requests that cross into the Unqork network). **Example scenario:** ```plaintext frontend module A  plugin    remote execute module B      plugin        remote execute module C      plugin        external service D ``` The Logs Dashboard captures error and slow logs for module B only. > The Logs Dashboard only supports AWS (Amazon Web Services) integration. It does not currently support Azure source logs. The [Service Logs Dashboard](/unqorkai/docs/service-logs-dashboard) captures all internal module executions (ingress and internal requests) and external service requests. ## Filtering the Logs Dashboard > [!WARNING] > The Logs Dashboard displays a maximum of 1,000 logs at a time, regardless of the filters applied. If your environment generates more than 1,000 logs in the selected time range, narrow the date range or add a URL Path filter to focus results. When the tool opens, the date and time range defaults to the last four hours. Adjust the range or add a URL filter to narrow results. ![Logs Dashboard filter panel showing Client, Environment, Start Date, End Date, and URL Path fields.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/15548f06-2fba-434c-b0c1-5df88317dbd7/Images/Documentation/api_upload_20261013_153544_cfb0c4f775f442a6ad97cc6a4568750d.jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-08T10%3A25%3A53Z&se=2026-11-08T11%3A25%3A53Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=vhgy2jh551ZhXNt5p1c8Pzm6euD7yJDBr1wUWN6SIkA%3D) | Filter | Description | | --- | --- | | Client | The Unqork client credentials. Populates automatically. Read-only. | | Environment | The current Unqork environment. Populates automatically. Read-only. | | Start Date | The start date and time for filtering requests. Defaults to the current date, four hours before the tool was opened. Uses the current timezone. | | End Date | The end date and time for filtering requests. Defaults to the current date and time the tool was opened. Uses the current timezone. | | URL Path | Filter by a portion of the URL path. Enter an API endpoint (for example, `GetSubmissions`) or a module ID. | To update the date and time range: 1. From the date picker, select a **Start Date** and enter a time in 24-hour format. 2. From the date picker, select an **End Date** and enter a time in 24-hour format. 3. Click **Apply Filters**. ## Error Logs The Error Logs table displays API requests with 400 and 500-level response codes. Results update automatically as text is entered. The table displays 10 requests at a time. Use the pagination buttons to see more. | Filter | Description | | --- | --- | | Timestamp | The date and time the request was made. Uses the current timezone. | | Status | The response code from the API call. | | Method | The execution method of the API call (, , PATCH, POST, DELETE). | | URL | Filter by a portion of the URL path. APIs act as the connective tissue between products and services. A URL (uniform resource locator) is a unique identifier used to locate a resource on the internet. Also known as a web address. Focus indicates the element of the graphical user interface which is currently selected to receive input. Elements with focus sometimes have an accesibility border highlighted around them. An API endpoint is the location where an API receives requests for a specific resource on its server. It's the point of contact between an API client and an API server, and is usually a uniform resource locator (URL) that provides the location of the resource. Pagination is the process of separating content into individual pages. The HTTP POST method is used to send data to a server to create or update a resource, typically including the data in the body of the request. HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) is an application-layer protocol used to transmit hypermedia documents like HTML.
