Use the search bar to filter by any of the following: email, name, phone, role, or user ID. Each row displays the following: | Column | Description | | --- | --- | | **User ID** | The end-user's unique identifier. | | **Name** | The end-user's display name. | | **Email** | The end-user's email address. | | **Phone** | The end-user's phone number, if provided. | | **Roles** | The Express roles assigned to this end-user. | | **Created** | The date the end-user account was created. | | **Password Status** | The current state of the end-user's password. Displays **Confirmed** when the end-user has set their own password, or **Temporary** when a login link has been sent but not yet used. | | **Actions** | Account-level actions. See [Account Actions](/unqorkai/docs/express-user-administration#account-actions) below. | ### Page Actions | Action | Description | | --- | --- | | **Add User** | Opens a form to create a new Express user account. | | **Export All Express Users** | Downloads a CSV file of all Express user accounts in the environment. | ### Account Actions Click the actions menu on any row to access the following: | Action | Description | | --- | --- | | **Edit** | Opens the end-user account form to update details or role assignments. | | **Delete** | Permanently removes the end-user account. This action cannot be undone. | | **Resend** | Sends a new login link to the end-user's email address. | | **Convert to Creator Administrator** | Converts the end-user account to a Creator account with administrator-level permissions. | ## Adding an Express User Click **Add User** to open the form. Complete the end-user's information and click **Create User** to save the account. > [!WARNING] > Each email address can only be used once in the environment, across both Creator and Express user accounts. If the email is already in use by either account type, the new account cannot be created. ## Editing an Express User Click **Edit** on any row to open the end-user account form. Unlike Creator accounts, all fields can be changed after the account is created, including the email address. ## Uploading Users Express users can be created in bulk by uploading a CSV file. 1. Click **Choose File** and choose a CSV file containing the end-users to import. 2. To notify end-users by email with a temporary password, leave **Notify the Users by E-mail of the temporary password** checked. This setting is enabled by default. 3. Click **Process User File (and Notify)** to import the users and send notifications, or **Process User File** if notifications are disabled. ## Troubleshooting ### Error: "This user cannot be created because it would conflict with an existing user" This error occurs when an account already exists in the environment with the same email address as the one being created. The conflict can happen when: - An end-user previously authenticated through SSO and a partial or inactive account was created automatically during that session. - An account exists in a state that prevents a new account from being created with the same email. **To resolve this**: Contact Unqork support and provide the email address causing the conflict. Support can identify and remove the conflicting account so the new user can be created. --- **Changelog** | Date | Change | | --- | --- | | 2026-09-09 | Added Adding an Express User and Editing an Express User sections to document email uniqueness constraint and email editability; removed duplicate Troubleshooting section (EN-8098). | | 2026-08-28 | Added Troubleshooting section — conflicting user error when creating Express accounts (EN-8073). | | — | Initial publication. | The Unqork front-end application framework that delivers Creator-built applications to end-users.
