Definition returns Creators to the Module Builder canvas from any other tool in the Tools drop-down. Select it to exit Settings, Tests, Transforms, Translations, or History and return to building the module.
To return to the canvas, click Definition in the toolbar and select Definition.
View Toggler
Definition is the only option in the Tools drop-down that lets Creators use the View Toggler. When any other tool (Settings, Tests, Transforms, Translations, or History) is open, the View Toggler is unavailable. Selecting Definition restores it.
| View | Description |
|---|---|
| UI View | A live preview of how the module displays to end-users. Creators use it to check layout, spacing, and visual behavior during development. |
| Logic View | The canvas for building logic components that run behind the scenes, separate from what end-users see. |
| Config View | The component tree and tray for adding, arranging, and configuring all components in the module. |
Switching views does not reload the canvas or lose unsaved changes.
