UnqorkAI Overview

UnqorkAI is Unqork's AI-first enterprise application platform. Creators describe requirements in plain language, and the Build Agent plans, builds, and tests full applications by configuring governed, reusable Smart Components. The platform runtime manages security, compliance, hosting, and lifecycle maintenance centrally across the application portfolio.

UnqorkAI is used to launch new applications, modernize legacy and end-of-life systems, and extend existing core platforms.

Build Agent

The Build Agent is integrated directly into the Module Builder. Creators describe what they want to build in plain language. Before making any changes, the agent generates a structured plan showing which Smart Components it will add, including each component's label and Property ID. Creators review and approve the plan before the agent builds anything. After building, the agent tests the module automatically and saves a reusable test case. With Auto-Fix enabled, the agent diagnoses test failures, patches the module, and re-runs the test. The agent reads and edits any module in the workspace. Changes can be rolled back to any checkpoint, covering every module the agent touched in that session.

Smart Components

Smart Components are a reusable component model where each component has a single definition. Editing that definition propagates the change to every module using it on publish. System-wide updates stay consistent without touching individual modules. Four types are available: Logic, UI, Query, and Agentic, each suited to a different function in an application.

Creators build and modify Smart Components through the Build Agent. A Public Smart Component is reusable across all modules in the environment. A Private Smart Component is single-use only.

Agentic Smart Components

Agentic Smart Components give end-users AI-powered experiences inside applications. They are a type of Smart Component that connects to an organization-provided LLM at runtime. Unqork does not provide LLM access. Supported vendors include Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic.

Two Agentic Smart Components are available:

• Chat Agent Smart Component: Adds a conversational interface for end-users to query submission data, fill form fields, upload files, and download conversation transcripts.

• AI Summarizer: Condenses submissions, documents, or records into a concise summary written to a designated component in the module.

Administrators register LLM credentials under Administration > Environment Settings > LLM Settings > LLM Credentials before deploying Agentic Smart Components.
