types define what property is set on a target module field when a component executes. They are listed in the Type column of the Outputs table in the Initializer and Decisions components. They are also available in the Action setting of the Data Workflow Output and Set Outputs operators. The Calculator component does not use output types. Its Outputs table is formula-based, with Source and Formula columns.
