Duplicate Module creates a copy of the current module in the same application. Use it as a starting point when building a module similar to an existing one.
To duplicate a module:
Open the module in the Module Builder.
Select the ellipsis menu in the header.
Select Duplicate Module.
The duplicate displays in the application alongside the original.
What Gets Copied
The duplicate includes the following from the original module:
All components and their configurations.
Module type and module-level settings.
Tags.
Express role permissions.
Workflow connections are not copied. If the original module is connected to a workflow, that connection must be set up again on the duplicate.
After Duplicating
Unqork appends "Copy" to the module name and to distinguish the duplicate from the original. Before using the duplicate, review and update the following:
Module name: Update to reflect the duplicate's purpose.
Module path: Update to a unique path appropriate for the duplicate.
Module settings: Review any module-level settings that may need adjustment.
