Application Versioning: Fixed an issue where Creators could enable application versioning for an application that imports unversioned applications. The expected behavior should display an error message if a Creator attempts to enable application versioning in this scenario.
Branch and Merge: Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, module and application settings were not respected after merging a branch.
