API Access Management: Fixed an issue where the API Access Management page would not load and displayed an error.

API Access Management: Fixed an issue where the showServiceUsers=true parameter was not being honored by the GET /fbu/uapi/users endpoint. The endpoint now responds as expected and users can differentiate Service users on the page.

Initializer component: Fixed an issue where Creators could not edit an Initializer component if there was no value set in the Value column of the component's Outputs table.

Transforms: Fixed an issue where the nunjucks-date-filter would occasionally return data in MomentJS, which resulted in an error.
