6.71 Platform Staging Release Notes

Module Builder: Added an  error message banner that displays when a module is edited in multiple places at the same time. This error message appears if the same user edits a module in multiple tabs, or when a user unlocks a module another user is actively editing.

Module Settings: Module Settings modals fields are now standardized between Module Builder and Workspaces. Now, Module ID and Module Path fields are present in both locations. Creators can also copy these field values to their clipboard.

Header and Footer Modules: Fixed an issue where loading a module with a Submission ID in the URL would not render a Header or Footer module when using the Application Path in the URL.

Module Builder: Resolved an issue with components displaying as disabled or enabled on the canvas when using the Container Components' Propagate Disabled to Logic Components setting.

Address v1 component: Based on customer feedback, clarified language for Address v1 component’s status as Not Recommended for Use.  Sunset components are not considered best practice to configure with and have reduced support policies.

Content and Chart components: Upgraded library for parsing and exporting Excel files.  Creators experiencing any issues related to this change should contact their Unqork representative to opt-in to legacy behavior.

Data Workflow component: The Input node list now supports Getter variables, including integratorErrors, validationErrors, _getData, _query, and more.

File component: Enhanced security measures to prevent XSS (cross site scripting) attacks targeting the File Size Error Message and Set File Formats to Accept settings in Express View.

Logic components: Enhanced security measures to prevent XSS (cross site scripting) attacks targeting the page and pageOpen Output Types in Express View.

Plug-In component: Enhanced security measures to prevent XSS (cross site scripting) attacks  targeting the Modal Processing Title setting in Express View.

Navigation component: Enhanced security measures to prevent XSS (cross site scripting) attacks targeting the Submit URL setting in Express View.

Navigation component: Added the Scroll Position on Tab Navigation setting,  letting Creators retain or reset the scroll position when end-users navigate.

Plug-In component: Added support for arrays of files when using the Make a Multipart API Call setting.  Recommended for use with File component configurations that allow multiple file selections.

Redesigned components: The Calculator, Columns, Date Input, Decisions, Dropdown, Multi-Select Dropdown,  Single Checkbox, and Timer components have received design updates to improve the Creator experience.

All components: Adjusted the ordering of the component label, required asterisk, and tooltip icon to be consistent from left to right. This is for all components that support these settings and accept end-user inputs.

This fix has been rolled back after causing layout issues with certain stylesheets due to minor changes in the component DOM structure. View our 6.71.2 Platform Patch Release Notes for details.

Button component: Fixed  the Hide Success Message setting being set to ON by default for certain Action Types when adding a new Button component.

Data Grid component: Fixed a values  not properly updating submission data or displaying after deleting a row.

Data Workflow component: Fixed  Tooltip JSON storing itself in the configuration of the module.

Dynamic Grid component: Fixed  values not being returned when filtering (blank) values.

Dynamic Grid component: Fixed an issue when using an Enter keypress in the interface from disabling Button components adjacent to and in the module.

Freeform Grid component: Fixed Plug-In components inside the Freeform Grid triggering infinitely when configured with an error trigger.

Initializer component: Fixed an issue where using Server Side Execution (SSE) with a formula involving numeric values would fail to execute.

Multi-Select Dropdown component: Fixed   submission data  not rendering values despite being present in the Value Property of the URL’s Data Source.

Rich Text Editor component: Fixed  the Reference Content Table not displaying when the Read Only Content View setting is selected.

Text Field component: Fixed validations set by a logic component with the message Output Type from temporarily disappearing when the value is one character long.

Uniform Grid component: Fixed the validation state was evaluating incorrectly when using the Simple Loop Display Pattern.  For example, the Button component's Disable on Invalid Forms setting. Configurations relying on validation state now evaluate properly.  

Node Inspection Panel: The panel now automatically closes when deleting the node.

Preview: Selecting Preview on a workflow in Designer view now previews the workflow in the context of the application. The application path added to express workflow URL by default.

Version History: Removed character count restrictions. Users can now have any length Title and Description for Workflow Version Histories.

Version History: Fixed all version histories not displaying on first load.

Version History: Fixed  workflow versions not restoring properly when using version history.
